Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once payment is received. We ship products worldwide by DHL Express Service from Indonesia.
Telephone number is required for the efficient International delivery. Without phone number we are unable to ship by DHL.
Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery of your product from the date of your order as everything is custom made just for you.
At Leeuwin Collective, we provide Paid Express delivery to any address. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from Bali, Indonesia. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
You will be emailed your tracking number once your item has been shipped. which will provide a full tracking
TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
Gift Cards and sale items from sale section are final sales and non-returnable.
All items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Items should be unwashed/unaltered with original tags.
All items must be shipped back within 15 days after they are received.
With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at mygratitudebali.com. We do not refund the original shipping charges. Please be aware they vary between $30 - $40
Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping cost for the new item is on us.
If you would like to receive your new item faster return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, we strongly advise to ship with full tracking.
